Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within Same days from the date of delivery.

Reverse Pickup Fee

A reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 per item may be deducted under our Fair Usage Policy.

Pickup Attempts

  • Return pickups are usually attempted within 24–48 hours after the request is raised.
  • A maximum of 3 pickup attempts will be made.

Service Availability

Reverse pickup services are subject to availability in your area.


2. Refund Process

For COD Orders

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed to your Clothing Wallet/Store Credit within 1–2 working days after the return pickup is completed.

For Prepaid Orders

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 1–2 working days after the return pickup is completed.

Important Notes

  • COD refunds are provided as store credit/wallet balance for future purchases.
  • Reward points, store credits, and shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused and in original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or poor condition will not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

4. Non-Returnable Promotional Orders

Orders placed during promotional offers such as:

  • Buy 1 Get 1 Free (BOGO)
  • Free product campaigns
  • Combo offers

are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Shipping Instructions

Please follow these instructions while returning products:

  • Pack items securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • Mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
  • Ensure products are unused with original tags and packaging intact.

5. Self-Shipping Reimbursement

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area:

Prepaid Orders

The product amount plus up to ₹100 courier reimbursement will be refunded to your bank account.

COD Orders

Refunds will be credited to your Clothing Wallet/Store Credit.

Note

Please avoid using The Professional Couriers, as we may not accept shipments from them. We recommend using India Speed Post for reliable service.


6. Terms & Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct bank account/payment details for refunds.
  • Clothing is not responsible for refund failures caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • If you receive a delivery confirmation but have not received your package, please report it within 24 hours.

7. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery through:

Approved refunds are processed within 7–30 working days depending on the payment provider and bank processing timelines.
